Brushes?!

Ok, I feel like a total dumbie, but how do I open/use brushes in PSE? Like Penny's word jumbles?? I am lost lol. Thank you ladies in advance

oh you HAVE to use brushes, they are the best ever! very very very simply, what you do is go into your brushes pallette, click that little triangle/arrow thingy on the right side, then say "load" and then navigate to your brushes.
