Lauren just posted on my latest LO that she does NOT like Donuts.

Girls (and Aaron), this is a serious problem. We, as her friends, cannot just sit idly by and let La go on like this. She needs help. She needs support. She needs donuts!!

while yer all looking at me crazy.. I did use to love both.. I just can't stomach them anymore. I dunno LOL.. even the smell of chocolate makes me go *gag*

even those small cinnamon and sugar ones that are horribly bad for you?

what about timbits.. haha they are the little donut centers.
 
I'm not a big fan of donuts either. It's just another way for the evil cake to work it's way onto my plate.
 
Mmmm...donuts, and especially TimBits...yummo! I think I'll have to get DH to stop at the grocery store and get some from the bakery (donuts, that is...we'll get TimBits when we're in the city on the weekend)...

ohmahgawd. can i just say that my mouth is watering. i can't remember the last time i had a donut. it's been years. years, i say.

Oh, I LOVE donuts! Krispy Kreme is a weakness of mine! lol Luckily we don't have one around us. But, while I was at my parents, my Dad bought 2, yes 2 dozen for 4 people! LOL Ugh! Yes, in 3 days, I at 5 of them! & I enjoyed EVERY SINGLE BITE!!!!!! YUM!!! :)

I used to work at Krispy Kreme. Know what one of the lovely staff benefits are?? A free dozen donuts every week:blink: it was insanity. My roomates at the time didn't know if they loved me or hated me.
 
How can you NOT like donuts...that's one of the things i don't have here...I haven't had a donut is almost 8 years...thanks a lot for the visual Fizz!:(
 
ok, after seeing the LO I wanted a donut ... now I want more than just one (doesn't help that the annoying aunt showed up today! Ugh!)

see.. I just see a donut now and it makes my stomach churn.. T aka ex dh was big on donuts, and use to like practically force me to eat them all the time. Once upon a time.. I used to love the lemon filled ones- not the gross creme things.. I have a deep love for lemon pastries- well use to- anyway....... so he use to buy them all the time, and even if I said no, he just kept buying them.. eventually I stopped eating them, because they really DO upset my tummy.. and he would eat dozens and dozens of donuts.. and it just repulsed me to watch him.... so now I see them and shudder :p

the chocolate thing I can not explain. It is weird....... it tastes like death to me now.

I actually thought that donuts were one of the food groups....aren't they? I think you should eat one or two a day if you want to stay healthy.

That's my story anyway. And I'm sticking to it.
 
I'm not that crazy about donuts, but I do have to say that the Krispy Kreme one straight off the conveyor are pretty d*mn good. Still, I'd take a bagel over a donut any day.
 
OMGosh I used to love Lemon donuts too! I am a huge lemon fan! I worked in a bakery from the time I was 14 till 19 and they made homemade donuts every weekend. I used to take a hot one out of the fryer, fill it till it was coming apart with lemon and roll it in powered sugar! I miss those days. I do not like Krispy Kreme at all and will only eat Boston Creme from the grocery store or Dunkins. I do like Munchkins tho (the holes).

As for chocolate, I will never hate chocolate, especially dark chocolate, and peanut butter cups!

And now I'm very hungry!
 
another donut hater here...except that I can eat the Krispy Kreme plain glazed donuts without feeling completely barfy afterwards. Most donuts are SO heavy on the grease...bad for my senses and my stomach. I've never been a big donut eater...even growing up I only liked the cake donuts.

There's a lot of normal stuff I avoid like ketchup, Italian food, soup, ice cream, pie, cake, frosting, ...

But chocolate...I'm allergic and still enjoy it.
