My church is freaking awesome!!!

Starting this month, 1 night every month they're going to hire professional childcare at the church to keep the kids so parents can go out, and the childcare is free!!! Isn't that awesome? We have a double date scheduled with our best friends for this month (their kids are the exact same ages as ours), and I'm so excited!
 
My goodness, that is TOTALLY awesome! Almost awesome enought to make me wanna live in Louisiana. ;) Have a blast!!
 
I read that as..they are hiring professional chickens. I love that idea. Don't mind me...
 
wow that is awesome! i am so jealous.. our church is so small that we don't even have a nursery. makes it tough sometimes.. lucas goes W.I.L.D at church - last sunday he went crawling about 4 pews ahead of us :/ course being a small church it isn't so bad since everyone knows each other but still. I haven't really been going on the sundays hubby works (shiftworker) since I can't do it alone there.

omygosh. When we first moved to a church that had a nursery, K was 6-ish months or so. I would NEVER leave her in there b/c I stayed at home with her and I was terrified for anyone else to look after her. lol. Now I don't know what I'd do without the church nursery!
 
Very cool! Or gym has a parents night out once a month where they watch the kids and feed them pizza and we get to go out for two hours. I love the last Friday of the month!
 
Ours does that once a month on a Friday night...

Our gym we used to go to does it too...every other friday!
