FIGURED IT OUT, BUT STILL NEED HELP

Okay, so I got the things I wanted off facebook and saved them. However, when I tried to load one for my avatar here it failed. My suspicion is that it is too big. What size does it have to be in order for it to be uploaded? Thanks ladies for your help.

the size limits are at the bottom of the screen when you upload...
Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 150 by 150 pixels or 29.3 KB (whichever is smaller).
