Let's Talk Wrinkles

Blech!!! So, I'm 37 1/2 and I'm really starting to notice all the wrinkles and lines on my face. I have a really deep one across my forehead, some around my eyes and the beginnings of some around my mouth. Waaaahhh!

So, who here can recommend an anti-wrinkle creme that really works?
How 'bout a firming creme?
What about something to decrease the bags and darkness under my eyes?

Am I just dreaming that there's something out there that will really help? lol

I'm seriously concidering looking into Botox. lol

I have Rosacea which is getting worse with age, so today I started using Clinique's Redness Solutions Regimen. I took a before pick to see if the stuff really works. lol

I don't know about wrinkle stuff, but don't feel bad....
I had a stinkin grey hair and I'm only 24!!!!! Yuck!!!!! :( (Unfortunately I get it from my mom, though, she said she got 1 in her 20's! Unless maybe pregnancy hormones are doing it!!!!!)

I've seen commercials though, for the Regenerist that say they're better than the "$700 lotions".... I think they give out coupons on their website too.

Ugh, I am starting to get laugh lines around my eyes, but I have no idea what to take. Really I have no idea what to take as I still get pimples thus a lot of wrinkle cream doesn't work.

i'm fat. any cream for that?

Ok, so when we were home in December, Max refused to adapt to the new time zone, and we were up from 1-4 every night at first. I caught up on all the current infomercials, including the one for Cindy Crawford's anti-aging plan: Meaningful Beauty. I'm just saying DANG the woman's face hasn't aged in ten years. I want to give it a try, but I'm a chicken. A poor chicken, lol. But I'm just throwing that out there in case someone ELSE wants to try it and tell me if I should order me some. :)

I love The Youth as we know it from Bliss! My sister bought the whole trial set for me and a reg size moisturizer. A little goes a long ways.

If you go to Nordstroms or Sephora you can get them to make you samples of it to try it.

It's super pricey, but well worth the money.

I use the walmart version of Regenerist..the Equate version and it says "daily regenerating serum" (compare to olay regenerist) and it's working on the dent in my forehead, lol. I had NO wrinkles there till I had a long weekend camping at the beach , got a sunburn and then too much alcohol that night and then I must have walked around with a bad look on my face all day the next day! LOL (seriously!!!) cause the dent appeared and has taken up residence. This stuff seems to have lessened it some, and i use it around my eyes too ...been using it since the first week of february and not all that religiously...just when I remember...and it seems to be helping.

I have been prepared for wrinkles before I even had any. I started using eye creams, night creams, serums, etc. in my early 30s and I have very few lines at all (I just turned 42 a few weeks ago). My DH who is my same age has a LOT more lines and wrinkles than I do and so does my BFF (who is 4 years younger than me).

If you want something that you can buy at the store I really like L'Oreals products. I also like Avon's Anew Product line. TBH... most of them will work to a certain extent, but you have to be religious about using it. You can't just use it once in a while.

Lizzy, if you find that cream that takes away fat send some my way! LOL

The fat actually reduces the wrinkles (admittedly it creates other problems but thats a different post)

Ill just grow old graciously and spend the money on more important things to me! Besides the last time I got suckered into trying something my face felt like it would explode from the internal pressure - must have been alergic to the goods. Ill take lifes by-lines and a healthier bank account!

And please no sympathy requests for any one under 45! You are all just babies!!
