So, DH & I & 4 others from our church sang in a festival here in town tonight. A friend recorded it for me on my camera. I want to upload it somewhere online so I can send the link to them & family. Where can I host it? I can't use photobucket b/c it has to be less than 100mb & it's 190. I don't really want youtube b/c I want it private. & I don't really want it on my facebook account, mainly b/c I don't want everyone on there seeing it & most of my family doesn't have FB. So, where could I upload?

I think you can do that at One True Media (http://www.onetruemedia.com/otm_site/public_home). I can't find specifics on file sizes, but I've used that site for private video sharing and such.

I use a program called Windows Movie Maker (it came installed on my laptop) to compress my videos. Otherwise the size is outrageous. I don't know a lot about video, but I think of it as compressing a .jpg to save for web. Just import the video into movie maker and then choose the save option. I then choose the "save for broadband" option. It's very user friendly; I taught myself how to use it.
