This place is a tomb...I'm going to the nuthouse where it's fun!

I noticed that, the past 2 days it's been so quiet! I keep popping in here & there to see if there's anything new going on, but nope... Maybe I should get a life! LOL! :p
 
It's been CRAZY here...I went to help a friend out from last Wed through Saturday, then some of my family arrived (with barely any notice, lol) on Sunday and stayed until yesterday...I had a doctor appointment this morning, and now I'm scrambling to get stuff finished before we take off to my sister's for spring break on Saturday.
 
I know, right? I've been busy with a house full of sickies all week. On our beatiful spring break, too. Big bummer. :(

But everyone seems to be on the mend for the most part. At least I got some scapping in during naptime, eh?
 
It's Spring Break here too, so hubby and the girls are home all day long. We've been playing outside alot since the weather has been so nice! And now it's March Madness so that means hubby is parked on the couch in front of the TV from the time the games start til they are over lol!
 
I'm still mostly here.. waiting for the snow to melt. It is getting REALLY depressing. My little lucas needs to have some fun outside in the GRASS!
 
Not that I'm too talkative here anyway... but I had parent-teacher conferences, so this is the first I've been on today.
 
busy taking DS to speech, ran some errands, went to the library and started the awful task of weeding out things we won't be taking to Japan and listing them on craigslist. So not fun :thumbdown:

Ok I had a DUH moment today...it's spring break in our school district...but I homeschool my kids so we don't have spring break...that way summer comes earlier! ...but my son goes to speech class at the local high school...we drive into the teacher parking lot today...there is ONE CAR in the whole parking lot! My son and I look at each other and went UH UH OH!

... and what is REALLY funny is my oldest is on spring break from college and was at home asleep! Jeesh talk about a duh moment!

All I've got to say is that next week from Wed on everyone better be back cause I'll be stuck on the couch with my laptop after my surgery on Tuesday and I'll need you all to keep me from going insane!
 
Sinus infection + bladder infection. Coworker absent from work last two days. Doing his job + mine = running papers over to the SH every 25 minutes from 3:30 - 6. Having coughing fits last two nights running which make me gag which make me puke. Slept on the couch sitting up.

Don't I sound like a blasty-blast?! *lol*

Called in sick today. Planning on sleeping my butt off most of the day if I can. Looking forward to spending the weekend at my parents' where I can eat homemade oatmeal raisin chocolate chip cookies and take lots of photos of my cute nephew Logan.
