I bought a block calendar like this one at the Dollarama and want to make it with some cute papers and numbers. I have LOTS of kits, but I can't decide on any of them. My only request is that I want a kit that has an alpha with numbers!
Suggestions welcome, lol!

I've never done one, but I think they are adorable.
Here's one done using Imagine That (http://www.sweetshoppedesigns.com/sweetshoppe/product.php?productid=16941).

LOL, this is my problem... I don't know if I want it for my computer desk, my kitchen, Ava's room, my scrap room, our bedroom... Its a problem.
I think I might put it in Ava's room. Not that she can tell dates yet, but if we make it a good morning ritual it might be fun! Her room is a soft melony yellow. I'm thinking one of Susan's kits might work...
Hey, does anyone know of a "seasons" kit... one with spring, summer, fall & winter all rolled into 1?

Oh man, I have been looking for one of those for awhile Jaedyn! I would use Teachers Pet and use it as a teacher gift if I could ever find one!

Do you have a Dollarama? Mine had lots... I hope to pick up a few more next time I go to Saskatoon!
I was thinking too, if you have a handy DH, it wouldn't be hard to make one! Maybe bribe him with a reward ;)!
Here it is all finished up:

No Dollarama here. And my DH is very handy but with the amount of unfinshed projects we have in this house there is no way I'm adding to his list! LOL!

My dh cut the wood out...used the blocks from michaels...I used my label maker to put everything on it. That was for a low priced kids' craft show.

So for anyone interested, I found one of these at Hobby Lobby today! I actually picked up two! they already have the numbers and month, but the wood is plain and of course I'm covering it all anyway! It does have a weird wooden anchor on top, but I'm hoping that will pop right off! Anyway, not as cheap as the dollar store, but it was only $3-4!!

I have been looking for one of these since the end of school LAST year. I really want to make one for Anthony's teacher. I wonder if Hobby Lobby has them online? I don't have one in town.
As for a "seasonal" kit I would just use Traci and Kristin CB's Year of Memories kits.

I'm not sure you can order things through HObby Lobby online. I am really having trouble getting the dumb anchor piece off anyway so it might not do me much good--or just be too much work, I'm not sure what to do.
I searched for these online awhile back, but they weren't that cheap. Good luck finding one! I wish our dollar store had them!
