... and found out we're having a sweet baby GURL!

That's what I have been praying for all along, so I'm over the moon. Jeff's grandma abt passed out when we went over to her house and told her, and Jeff's mom wouldn't believe it until we showed her the u/s pics. *lol* She was just sure that since she had had 3 boys and Jeff and his brother have 4 boys between them that we were 'destined' to have all boys, too.

We have a very clear picture of the 'gurly bits,' so there is no doubt once you see it. The sonographer said Peanut looked perfect, and the doctor said I had a nice soft uterus (which is good, I guess?! *lol*), so all is well. He did mention that I have placenta previa, but said that there is a 90% chance it will move within the next few months, so he wasn't worried.

I'm celebrating by buying Krystal's and Libby's collection & Penny's & Kathryn's kit in the GGG sale! *lol*
 
Congratulations!!!! Sigh... a girl! That is so wonderful!!!! Here's to a happy and healthy rest of your pregnancy!

p.s. Make sure the Dr checks the previa situation as time goes on.

Yay L!! Girl's are so fun!! Can't wait to watch you plan for her...picking her name, decorating her nursery, buying her clothes and then the big reveal of this little miracle! Soo happy for you!

It seems like everyone's having a girl! You, me, my best friend, 2 of my sister's friends, a girl I went to HS with.... it's in the air!!!

Yeah! Congrats! I know how you feel. My MIL had 3 boys and my first was a boy, so everyone thought that my second would be a boy and I got a GIRL!!! I was so excited because I wanted a girl forever and knew that I wouldn't be getting pregnant again. Congrats and enjoy it!

:wub: YAY! Girls are so sweet... and shopping for their clothes is very dangerous. haha

Don't worry about the placenta previa too much... I was told the same thing as one of my ultrasounds and it moved.
