Inkscape Vector Program?

Has anyone tried Inkscape's Vecor-Based program? It's a free one, so I'm going to try it out and see what it's all about....

If you've tried it/use it, what do you like about it or not like about it?

I use it, but not to the extent of what it can be used for. It's definitely a bit more user friendly than Illustrator, and for free

You can google for a couple of good tutorial sites.

thanks Darcy! I just can't figure out how the heck to save as .png files now! lol!

I do it as export bitmap. It does generate a .png file.

Oh nice! I've always thought as bitmaps being real sucky quality! I'll give it a whirl!
