One thing I hate about being preggers.........

The kids had Jump Rope for Heart at school today. Me and the boys went up to cheer them on. I had sun screen and a huge hat on, we were only out in the sun for about an hour and a half.........as I sit here I can just feel that the back of my neck is all tingly and kind of hot:thumbdown:

Stupid sensitive pregnant skin :glare:
 
ONE thing you hate? OMGOSH, I could name like a hundred, though sensitive skin was never one of them.

Being fat enough to roll down a hill was my biggest complaint. That and the out of control mood swings and fierce jolts of laziness.
 
So you're telling me that my normal bloated milk skin that gets a sunburn from ridin' around in the car with the windows down is going to, basically, be lobster red all summer 'cause I'm pg?!?!

Sigh. Le suck.
 
At least I have you to warn me abt these things, Elizabeth.

Just as long as I don't suddenly develop a pg-induced aversion to NKOTB music before their concert... I'll survive, I suppose. :p
 
My skin is actually pretty normal, besides my hands being so dry from washing them all the time (too many potty breaks!). In fact, yesterday I ended up being outside in the sun for like an hour and a half, with only my normal sunblock on my face, and I'm actually fine. Normally I'd be burnt to a crisp!
 
I'm not one to ask since I only go out when I have to lol. But I do remember that the only time I have ever gotten sunburnt had nothing to do with pregnancy and everything to do with taking anti-depressants lol. Hugs Crystal x
