Shutterfly Customer Service is Amazing

I just wanted to say that!

I'm printing with VioVio now, but I got a special offer code in my email for a free 8.5 x 11 book that I won't use, but I asked them if they could switch it to an 8x8 and they totally did.

Everytime I've asked them to do something like that they totally hook me up.
 
Wow, you are lucky with Shutterfly... I haven't had such good luck with their customer service, but I like the quality.

How is viovio? Do they compare to shutterfly? Have you tried ArtsCow?

Ooh--thanks for letting us know. I get free 8x8 offers that I never use because I'm a rectangle scrapper. Next time I'll ask if they can switch it to 8.5x11 for me.

I like viovio. The pages I find to be the same quality as shutterfly, their covers are a little less nice, but for the price you can't beat it. I didn't like Artscow for myself. I'd use the free offers for family, but I didn't like the quality.
