Old Magazines?

What do you do with your old magazines (digi related and non digi related)? I'm cleaning house and I'm debating if I should just burn them or hold on to them?

I keep all of my digi-magazines, you never know when you might need them.

As for other ones, I burn them once I know for sure that I'm done with them.

For digi magazines, I pull out the pages I like and toss the rest. No need to keep the same ads month after month after month . . .

I've got a closet and bookshelf full of magazines, lol...going back to like 2002...

I don't recommend my method... :p I just can't part with them...

For those of you that rip out pages you like, do you have a system for organizing them? I have a few stacks of magazines going back to 2006 that I'd like to go through but I'm worried I'll just end up with an unorganized stack of pages instead. :D

Most of mine (other than tabloidy type ones) go to L.J.'s preschool. They are always in need of magazines for the kids to use at the cutting table center.

I don't know that you'd call a big accordion file a system, but that's what I use. :D

if you don't rip out the pages to keep you can always donate the magazines to your local library, gym, Dr. offices. PLaces like that.

I'm a magazine junkie and just can't seem to get rid of my scrapping mags. I use Ikea's magazine racks.

I've got a few years worth of them on my bookshelf. I don't even think about starting to go through them.... it'll be one more project I don't finish!! I've envisioned a cute binder - sorted by the # of photos.... or types of layouts... or ... well, yeah, that's the part I get stuck on.

I have a few shelves full of them- I don't know what the heck to do with em!!! I'd go thru them and tear out pages of stuff I need, but I've noticed the articles & tips all repeating again and again- they need something new!! :)
