here lol! it felt so good to purchase kits again! i can't wait to get started. so many gorgeous kits have been designed since i went MIA, lol. now i can sit here and scrap while i wait on the mortgage company to call and say whether or not we can get a lender for a VA loan. Chads score has gone up since we tried before but lenders are still scared to chance giving out money. so its still a 50/50 chance. my score is way higher than his, but i don't know if my name can be first on a va loan since i'm not the veteran. hopefully there's other options. we found a house i LOVE with 4 bedrooms and a cute little picket fence in the back yard. we drove by it yesterday. here's the listing, if it shows up for you. i'm trying not to get overly excited in case they say no, but its hard!! i have no idea how much money we'd be approved for, or exactly what the payments would be for us so we may have to go cheaper. and i have a few others i like but this one's my fave!
