why me?

ok, seriously ... why am I always getting sick? It seems like just yesterday that I was sick with a head cold ... and as the day has progressed today, my head is achy and feels really warm, my sinus feels plugged up, my throat is tender.

And I am supposed to be finishing packing this weekend ....

Hang in there! Be sure if it persists to check it out. Recently I had a sinus infection and ended up with a fractured sinus cavity-- who breaks their face with a cold? Me apparently.

Go sit in a hot shower and let that steam and hot water run over your face and head... hugs!

Man, I feel the same way. I've had 3 upper respirtory illnesses, 1 cold and 1 stomach virus within the last 6 months .... I can't wait for the cold/flu season to be over ... and I even got a flu shot this year (apparently not for the strains I ended up with, lol).
