We're buying our first house! Yay!

The inspection passed with flying colours today, and the mortgage application went through today too!

We're exstatic! :thumbup:

We take possesion on May 27th!

Any moving, new house, home sweet home kits you gals can reccomend? ;)
 
Congrats!! Have you checked out the premier edition of the Simply Sweet magazine? There's a TON of inspiration there.... :)
 
congrats!! we're still waiting to hear if we even get approved for a loan, lol. all the lenders are chicken-sh** now, lmao! which makes me mad. we can afford a mortgage! grrr....the house i want better not be bought by someone else, lol.
 
Woo hoo! Congratulations!! We bought our first house nearly three years ago and it beats renting hands down!
