Nope! But at Project Grad (big party on Graduation night) they hypnotized a bunch of my classmates and it was HYSTERICAL! One of my guy friends was told he was in labor... down on the gym floor screaming and "pushing"... it killed me! :D

Me! It was strange. I remember bits & pieces & was exhausted afterwards. :) It was for something in HS - some hypnotist came in & did it.

yeah I've seen those type hypnotist shows, etc...

I was leaning more towards a therapy type..you know how diets or smokers have resorted to being hypnotized into liking to diet, not wanting to smoke, etc...something like that

I have a couple of friends who did this to stop smoking. Worked for 2, didn't work for 2

That's how my Dad quit smoking. He hasn't smoked in 19 years.

Something like this wouldn't work on me. I think to be hypnotized you need to be really open to it and highly suggestible.

Jeff has been before for weight loss, but it didn't really work on him. His mom was hypnotized to stop smoking and it worked for 6 months or so.

Back in college there was a hypnotist that gave a show one weekend and I was in the audience. I wasn't under all the way, but even without being on stage, i had gone under a bit,lol. My future dh just laughed,lol.

I was to quit smoking....It was a one on one session in the Doctor's Office....Not one of those group sessions at the Holiday Inn....LOL Actually I quit smoking for 11 years and never ever wanted one again--until I went through my divorce....:thumbdown: Now I'm ashamed to say I do smoke again....
