HELP with Store login please!!

Hi I can't login to the store. I have tried and I can't and it says my email address is invalid even though my email address is typed correctly when I try to recover my password.

please help I need to shop!

Is my store username my email addy or the same as my forum username?

Too many stores too many logins :confused:
 
you have to register seperately for the store from the forum I think. So if you havent registered in the store yet you wont have a username there
 
And it wouldn't be your e-mail unless you set it be that. My user name in the shop is not my e-mail.
 
I ended up reegistering although I know I had an account already. Oh well. Thanks for your help.

glad you got it figured out, Kate! I just wanted to point out that if you haven't shopped in the store since we switched to XCart in November, you wouldn't have an account there. :) All of the records were wiped out with the move, so that could be why you had to reegister.
