Hi I can't login to the store. I have tried and I can't and it says my email address is invalid even though my email address is typed correctly when I try to recover my password.
glad you got it figured out, Kate! I just wanted to point out that if you haven't shopped in the store since we switched to XCart in November, you wouldn't have an account there. All of the records were wiped out with the move, so that could be why you had to reegister.
