need to vent

Im just so ticked right now at my son and husband. They cant stop horsing around and knock one of my knick-knacks off my desk and the head broke off of it. It was a Kitchen Fairy from Enesco and it is retired so you cannot replace it and even if we could replacing it right now is not really a priority.

So he did all this while I was washing HIS car...Then he comes outside and stands on the other side of the car trying to text our daughter on his cell phone (remember I am WASHING the car right?) and I get the phone wet and him wet and he has the nerve to yell at me for getting him/his phone wet. Ummmm hello Im washing the car and need to rinse it?!?!? What exactly did you think I was going to wash it with?? Sand? Why would you stand right next to a car that is being washed and try to call/text someone? I told him to just leave me alone for a little while because I am just not in the mood to be around him.

It isnt a huge deal that they broke the fairy it is just that alot of my stuff gets broken because of this kinda crap and he always says well I'll replace it and he never does. We have a whole acre of land outside to horse around and the only place I have MY breakable stuff is on MY desk!! How is it that my stuff manages to get broken when it is only in one small area of the house? :-(

Oh and they both said the other one knocked it off. My husband said my son/my son said my husband did it.

Mine was careless at one time too...then I bought some of that poster adhesive (blue clayish stuff) and started sticking everything down...he did NOT like that and said I was damaging the wood or something like that. Told him when things quit getting broken...it wouldn't have those stuck down. If I remember right...what really changed it was something of his finally got broken.

I would be soooooooooo pissed on the LYING...your husband is teaching him it is ok to lie to CYA.
