Can't get to downloads

I purchased a couple of kits on Saturday, but I can't get to the page to download them.... this is what I get:

Can't write data to the temporary directory: /home/robincar/public_html/sweetshoppe/var/tmp.
Please check if it exists, and have writable permissions.

any ideas?

Robin is currently working on restoring the shoppe. I'm sure she will post here when it's back up.

Yep! The shoppe is still down - were working as hard as we can to get things working like they should again.
