So what did I do this time????

Using PSE7. Open any new picture, paper, element, etc. and I get the HAND tool. It won't get off of it. Won't let me click on the move tool. Nothing. What did I do???? HELP!!!!



Well, I guess nevermind. It's working fine now. WTH????? Someone is messing with my head..... LOL!!!

Happens to me all the time. It's like its causing your computer to use too much memory or something and freezes up. Not sure what to really do about it though but it is annoying and very frustrating!
