closing multiple windows action/script???

for photoshop (i have CS2)

anyone use one or know of a link to one? i am action/script impaired and cannot make them myself but i can run them and love them - i use the AV Bros one to put all my photos, elemetns and papers into my LO window when i have figured out what i want to use on my page but then i gotta manually shut like 40 windows - ugh! there's gotta be a better way

I don't know about an action, but in PS, you can press Ctrl + Alt + w to close all open windows. You'd obviously want to save your layout file cause you'd have to reopen it with all the stuff on it. but that's one way to close them all at once.

That works in PSE too and it's my FAVORITE shortcut!!!

And for any other short cuts you might not know...I bookmarked this page a long time ago and refer to it often!! It's for PSE, but I bet they all work in the full PS!!!
