be careful what you wish for!!

About a week or so ago I was wishing for rain because it was so dry here and we had so many fires and all....well we got rain!! It has been raining now for almost a week. Some of the counties have received over 26 inches of rain. Im not really sure how much rain has fallen in Orange COunty where I live. They just showed a picture of Daytona Beach Speedway and the entire infield is covered with water! They said this is like the only time this has ever happened in history from a non-tropical realted storm (meaning not hurricane or tropical storm). This kinda actually reminds me of Tropical Storm Faye from last year.

LOL I was wanting a day or so of rain just to break the heatwave a little. Now it just will not go away. I do feel bad for the people who have received so much rain. Our yard was so dry it hasnt flooded yet but theer are supposed to be hundreds of homes which are completely flooded right now
