I have to Brag a little

So I couldn't be more proud of my budding artist! Emma and a few other girls designed and painted this years YAM (Youth Art Month) State Flag. They were 1 of 32 students in the nation who designed and created this years flags. The Flags were unveiled in this years National Youth Art Month Flag Event Ceremony in Washington DC!!! Then the flags flew at the National Art Education Association Convention in Minneapolis, MN and now they are on to their final viewing in Louisville KY. before they are returned to us. I am just so thrilled and proud of her!!!

Oh we are just thrilled. She was so excited and wants to hang everything up in her room. Luckily for me I was able to just get her to put all the papers on her self in her bedroom instead of taped or stapled or glued to the wall, who knows how it will end up on the wall when its put up in the name of "art" hahah
