Brag Book Question

Can I resize a 5x7 Brag Book page down to a 4x6 without messing with the resolution??

You wouldn't mess with the resolution, but the ratio's are slightly different so it's not going to be a perfect fit. My advise would be to open up the brag book page in PS (or whatever you use) and open a new 4x6 document. Drag the page onto the blank canvas and resize it to your liking. Then you can at least choose what bits on the edges you lose.

Good idea.

So it would be a complete waste if I purchase a whole bunch of 5x7 then??
 
Nope, it should work out fine! Like Col said, place them on 4x6 instead of just trying to resize down. That way you can move it around. I've done it several times, though, and have been totally happy w/ the result!
 
If you like them, and you don't mind the resizing issue, and it'll get stuff scrapped, then I don't think it's a waste :)

You could also skip the resizing and print them as 5x7, make a front and back cover, and then take them to a staples or kinko's or what have you and have them bind it for you.
