We're having a cold front! They're predicting a high of only 92 tomorrow with thunderstorms! Beats this 100+ weather and no rain for weeks! I was so spoiled by our VERY unseasonably mild spring that ended way too soon to be replaced by the HOT HOT HOT summer that rushed on us..no getting used to the heat..BAM! Our AC will appreciate the break, too, I'm sure!

That 'cold front' moved through this morning...we had a little light rain, and the first morning hours were pretty nice. Now it's heated up to the mid 90s and feels steamy...just like being home in Houston LOL.
 
We're expecting a "cold front" too... high is ONLY 95 tomorrow! They sya it may even.......gasp...........rain!

The only good news about the heat is I was forced to stay inside and clean my house (important since I need to get it ready for the market). Yes... only 100+ heat makes me clean without hubby's nudging. No domestic goddess in my house! Ha ha!
 
I need to look and see if the 'cold front' is coming down this way.. i agree, the AC needs a break and so does my poor yard. The heat+humidity is killing me:crying:
 
Well, it's hot hot hot here in SoCal where i'm at. At least it's very dry, so it just feels like an oven when I step outside. I had to turn the AC on about about 11 this morning, and I'm just cleaning today. There is no way I'm going outside since we sold our pool this year.
 
it was 103 in the car when i left the grocery store this afternoon!

thankfully tomorrow will ONLY be 99!

we got a break in the weather today too! Day before heat index of 105+...today our TEMPERATURE high was 84...much much more tolerable without all that mugginess!

My toes are actually COLD right now...but I know better than to turn the a/c off! It will return!

I am hoping 4th of July is tolerable.
