Speaking of VioVio...they are holding 119 of my layouts hostage. Ok, well not really

I am VERY happy with the price of my giganto-album that ate Cincinnati...I paid about $60 for 119 pages including the upgrade in binding, etc. You just can't beat 50 cents a page.

But they are So. Slow.

So. So. Slow.

I ordered my VioVio book on June 19th.

It STILL hasn't shipped.

I ordered my Shutterfly book two days ago. It shipped today.

My VioVio book was estimated to ship a whole week ago and as of today it still hasn't and customer service can't tell me why/when it will ship/anything. I just keep getting the "it's just an estimate" spiel from them re: my two emails I've sent.

The jury's still out on whether I'll stick with VioVio or not. I haven't seen the quality and so forth. But at this point it's going to be next week before it arrives...we'll be pushing a month and that's just too long! (the professional binding takes a little longer but still....)

Anyway thanks for letting me grumble. You girls understand how annoying it is because I'm eager to see my book!

Yup, they're slow. I always write that as part of my review. Don't use them if you've got a strict deadline. Mine ended up shipping 4-5 days after the "estimated ship date." Sorry!

Yeah, I go with Artscow and they are slow, too, but its shipped from Hong Kong. Sometimes it gets held up in customs, I think. Sometimes it takes over a month to get to me.

Yes they are slow. I try to tell myself it's because they have to take time to make the quality great--but that is still SO slow. Mine have always shipped before the estimated shipping date. Actually, one time I got my book the day it was estimated to ship--so maybe they are a little extra busy?

I hope you like it! Worth the price to me--but only because I'm never in a rush to get my books--just anxious to see it!
