Help please! (UPDATE!!!!!!!)

I'm at a loss for what's going on here:

I can't really find anything about it in searches since I'm not sure how to even word the search! This only happens with TIFF files, all my jpgs are fine. Right now, it's just the last five pages I've saved and any newly edited photos.

The files still open without issue, but the thumbnail wonkiness has me a bit freaked!

you mean they went all gray when you saved? What program are you using? Do you want to send me one to see if I can figure it out? I have CS3.
 
Just the thumbnails are gray. The files, when I reopen them, are exactly as they should be. It's only Tiffs, and I'm using CS4 to save (LZW, ZIP).

Sharon, thank you for the offer. The files range from 64mb to 112mb, so I doubt I can send them successfully. :(
 
It's a recent thing too--I sort by "date modified," so as you can see, it's just the last five things I've done.

That's my computer. The files themselves are fine--it's just the TIFF thumbnails. I guess if the files are ok, I shouldn't worry about it.
 
Oh I was gonna say if it was a photo site they might have gotten messed up in the upload. Maybe try refreshing or clearing your computers thumbnails and see if when they are rebuilt if they come back normal? If they come up ok in full size though it probably is just some weird fluke.

That's where mine started this time too! The files here are all from CS4 though, and I can't even blame it on LR edited pics because one file has no pictures!
 
I figured it out!!!!! It's odd, since I check every time, but somehow my save settings got changed from LZW/ZIP to LZW/RLE. Not sure why that effects thumbnails, but it does! I just resaved them all with LZW/ZIP and they're fine!!
