What do you teach for a 2nd digi scrap class?

so I taught a group of ladies at church 2 months ago and as soon as it was over, they wanted me to come back... so I'm going back this week. I'm reteaching part of what I did the first time because she said a lot of people that wanted to be there couldn't but I also need to do something for those that have already started. I need to see if this is supposed to be a question and answer thing or me teaching something else.

Anyway, for the first one I went through creating a page (with a template). I think I'll do from scratch this time and make it more simple. But anyway, if creating your first page was the first lesson, what should be the second? Any suggestions for me?

Thanks. :)

How about an overview of the tools and how to use them? The basic tools ... crop, cookie cutter, eraser, brushes .... stuff like that?

oh another thing I would mention is getting an organizational system of some kind early on if they plan on buying kits and stuff because I didnt and now Im trying to tag like 50000 files and Ive only gotten through like 2000 LOL

Yes, I agree with Jessica. I had no organization system, so after I had hoarded 100 GB of stuff, I had to figure something out. I couldn't find anything. I wish I had ACDSee right from the get go, and since I have so much now, I'll never tag it.

That might be worthwhile, and I don't think it would take long to show either, so you could still do some work on the tools (magic wand/shapes, etc) too.

When I did it, my first lesson was basics about the tools and set up of Photoshop, along with creating a page from scratch. My second lesson was on templates and shadows. My third was on photo editing and journaling.
