Guess who I met today?!!

Stephanie!! (schock77) and I met today. We live crazy-close to each other and finally bit the bullet and met. Her kids were DARLING and my kiddo loved playing with them. Lucas just observed.

We were bad-bad SSDers and DID NOT take any pictures... :thumbdown::thumbdown:

BUt ... I do intend to have the WHOLE family over before school starts....
 
Aw, you're sweet! :) Yes, can you believe I forgot the camera?!? Actually, I always have my point and shoot in my purse, but in my rush to get out of the house and packed to head to my parents house for the week, it fell out of my purse. The good news- it's still in the van and didn't fall out in the parking lot. We had a blast though and will definitely get together again soon. the kids were already making their own plans. :)

I know there are several Austin area SSD gals and we've decided we all need to get together sometime soon...who's in? It's really fun meeting IRL and we clicked just like we do in the forums! :)

KristinCB and I have a deal whenever we get together ... no pics of us. lol We can take pics of our hubbies and our kiddos, but none of each other. Although maybe, just maybe, one day I will sneak one in. hehehee
 
When I opened this thread and saw my name right away, I thought, "who did I meet today?" LOL

Bad girls for not taking pictures, but YEAH for having a great meet-up! I have had the privilege of meeting many of my online friends and it's always a great experience and fun to finally put a face and a voice to a name. Online friends are the BEST!
 
Well, when I finally come down there (my son lives in Jarrell and works in Round Rock...I've yet to visit him), we will HAVE to have a get together, and just know that I WILL be taking pics!!
