...there being more Slow Churned Dreyers lower fat ice cream in the freezers at the grocery store than there are regular FATTY ice cream? Seriously. It bothers me. I refuse to buy it because I don't wanna get sucked into their "it tastes just like regular ice cream" because all lower fat ice cream treats are so disappointing. Like Skinny Cow.... gross. :glare:

I totally get what you're saying, but honestly it's really not bad! I'm sure if I had them side-by-side I could tell a difference, but when I'm just eating it I really can't tell a difference. It's really not like Skinny Cow. Yuck. Anyway, you should try one! :)
 
i LOVE the Edy's slow churned caramel delight. It's like 1/2 fat but you'd never know it. And this is coming from the girl who could give a crap about eating "diet" food or not...
 
I don't like the low fat Slow Churned. There is something off in the after taste. I figure I'll just eat half as much full fat stuff.
 
It doesnt matter if its low fat, high fat, no fat, purple fat if its ice cream or Mock Ice cream I am going to eat it!
 
Ice Cream is such a last resort dessert for me - bring on the hubba hubba fatty cakes, cookies and brownies baby!
 
I couldn't agree with you more! If I'm splurging on ice cream it's gotta be the real thing. :)
