Toddler and pimples?

I just noticed that my 2 year old has a white head on the tip of his ear... should I pop it or leave it alone? Is this common? Could be allergic to something?

Leave it alone because it will either pop itself or just go away. It's probably just an infected pore.

Yes, definitely leave it alone. When Rachel had infant acne, the dr advised us to put a tiny dab of hydrocortisone on it, and it was cleared up the next day.

I think its normal. my son got them and basically Id just wash it really well when he took his bath and it would clear up in a few days. Never really put anything on it though

My daughter had baby acne for the first week or two after she was born. I just washed her face daily with warm water (no soap) and they went away. The heat seemed to irritate them or make them worse, too.

On a 2 year old, I'd just wash it gently with water and a little gentle soap everyday til it goes away on its own.
