Alright... answer people.

I'm of the school of thought that Lamaze-breathing through cramps and lifting the ice cream spoon to my mouth constitutes exercise. *nod*

I just go on as normal...unless it's day one and I'm doubled over in pain. Sometimes it helps my cramps if I do work out.

I don't exercise all that much to start with, but Flo doesn't affect anything (I wish I could blame her though, lol).

I find that exercising actually helps me feel better, so I do try to carry on but I'm a little nicer to myself!

exercise? what is that? hehehe
normally when AF is here, I do nothing I don't absolutely have to do. Since I had my tubal, it's a lot more painful than it was before.

If I do any kind of tummy exercise it makes cramps 100x's worse.. so I stay away from that! Ok, so I end up staying away from all exercise at that time of the month.

Since the only exercise I like is water running/areobics... I don't like to feel like I'm sweating... there is a day or two that you won't catch me in a swimming suit during AF's visit... otherwise, I still go as planned.

AF affects my mood more than anything else lately. So I don't change anything when AF is in town. I had AF last week and I was actually harder on myself during my workouts.

I've always found that exercise helps me feel better during AF... not saying that I do it all that often though! LOL

Im another one who after having a tubal my cramps are really bad to the point that I cannot move for 3-4 days. I dont exercise exactly but I clean and cook and do household stuff and run errands on normal days but during that time I barely want to move

When I'm exercising I exercise just like any other day.....it really does help me feel better, lessens cramps and makes my flo shorter and lighter!!! But it's been about 9 months since I last seen Aunt Flo and coincidentally it's been about 9 months since I last exercised!!!!!! :p

:D :D :D

I just do whatever normal.. since I've been on the bcp for a while now and everything has.. stabilized LOL.. before though, no way. Things were, unpleasant.

Day two sucks eggs, so no. Although to be fair, I don't do anything other than the occasional wii fit to begin with. Speaking of, I'm pretty sure that little computer guy is going to yell at me next time I log in.

Depends on how I am feeling but generally I exercise as normal. 2-3 times a year I'll feel bad enough to just want to stay in bed with a heating pad.

Nope, can't do it. Not for at least the first three days. Then I get a migraine for 2 days. Just forget me exercising for a week out of every month. Total bliss I tell ya.

luv you Annie. ;) and i exercise so AF does not turn me into an over-caffeinated Wicked Witch of the West ....

Oh yes. Good fun. I'm the same way, only, in addition to being in cramp-Hell the first few days, I'm really nauseous too. Then that goes away, the cramps hurt a little less... but the migraine settles in until she leaves. That beeyotch. :glare:
