i did for my neice for christmas. they did not turn out so great. where did you get the tulle and how did you make them? I used elastic on mine and did a loop knot thing where I doubled the tulle over the elstic then kinda looped it through itself (not sure Im explaining that well LOL) then I sewed them all down so they wouldn't slip off and added some little pearl beaded ribbon strips throughout the tulle as an accent. I could only find pastel colors though and did pink/purple on one and yellow/pink on the other

I should add I did not like how mine looked because I didnt like the color choices. I wanted to do bright pink/purple for one and bright green and aqua or bright pink and black for the other.

My daughter is only 2 months old but I know she'd look wayyy cute in a tiny one of those! Did you make them the same way jessica did?

Sooo cute!!!

Yes I'm sure she would look adorable!! I saw some tiny tutus that they velcroed on to a onesie!! SO cute!! Here is the link to those :)

I used elastic for the waist, and looped the tulle around it, then sewed the elastic ends together when I was done :) The bow on the pink one is just for decoration, so I just tied it on in between two pieces of tulle.

I got the tulle at Joann fabrics. They had a lot to choose from! The plain was $1.49 a yard, shiny(I got shiny in the green) was $1.99 a yard, and they also had this super cute one with glitter ALL over it, but it was $5.99 a yard! I passed on that lol :) For the pink and purple one I used less than 2 yards, and for the blue and green one I used about 4 yards because I doubled up the tulle to make it fuller :)

Way cute Fairon!! I love the onesies with the tutu attached, those would be perfect for my 2 lil' nieces! I might have to attempt to make some for them and some of the regular ones for my girls!

see thats why I went to Micheals I think or AC Moore and bought these little spools of tulle. I might try another one with the stuff by the yard.

So cute! I made a pink and black one for my daughter to wear for Halloween last year with her kitty costume and it turned out great! They are super easy. I bought a ton of spools of tulle at Hobby Lobby when it was on sale so I still have a stockpile hidden under my bed. :o

LOL Awesome! I wish I could find the spools around here!! I don't have a girl so I guess I don't really need them lol

Aww, those are so adorable - great job on them! I wish my daughter would wear one, but she's 9 so I highly doubt it. But my son is 3 and loves pink...hmmm....lol.

I made one of these for my baby's first birthday pictures several months ago, and she completely FREAKED OUT and wouldn't wear it. So it sits in the closet. *sigh*

Yours turned out great, Fairon!
