getting your product from store

:blink: I made my order but got no DL links yet? I got the invoice that I paid from paypal and SSD...but no DL link yet????

Does this store have a different way of doing it?

I am off to the local fair so I won't be home til later...:glare:darn family thinks it's a holiday or something:p

If you quickly checked, your order is probably queued. Doesn't take long for it to be processed, don't worry. I've got a queued order too. :)
 
Also make sure that your download email isn't in your Spam folder.

You can always just log into your account in the store, go to the history file and download directly that way, as well.

I always download mine from my account in the store but I did notice that this morning my download link email had popped itself in my junk folder so check there :)
 
Mine's queued too...so I imagine Robin might have to set these manually later. Anytime mine has been queued here...I have had to contact Robin. I'm in no hurry though...I have to head to work right now...and unfortunately, I have to work all day tomorrow too :(
 
I get some links with no size of the files and when I try to dl the kit from the links it says that I have nothing to dl? Anyone tried that too?
The other dl links from other kits work like a charm :)
 
Hey girls,

Some orders go to queued status temporarily if the store is really busy and Paypal cant communicate the payment info back to the shoppe fast enough. The shoppe sets the order to queued until it "talks" to paypal about the transaction and once it does, the order is set to processed. I try to check the queued orders on our busy days fairly often, so hopefully you wont have to wait long.

I had a kit like this too. I sent Robin a message about it. I bought probably 7-8 things, and everything worked fine except that one kit. Everything was just empty.
 
If you purchased products from Eva, it looks like her file structure didnt transfer. Her files are there, they just aren't being pointed to correctly in the download links. We're working on that now.
 
The problem with Eva's files should be fixed chicklets. Let me know if you continue to have problems.

I bought Allie's kit and mine status says processed, yet only her kit wouldn't give me the DL link...I checked back twice after that and it still wasn't there... Haven't checked yet this morning.

Allie's Flavors of Fall was missing the download but I fixed it up this morning and reset all of the orders so you should be good to go. Let me know if you still don't have access to that file.
