This is the most easy recipe in all cooking history...
1-2-3-4 soup:
1 liter water, 2 broth cubes, 3 zucchinis in big chunks, 4 individual cream cheese (low fat for healthier version): boil water with broth, add zucchini and cook until tender, blend with the cheese... tada!!!!
Even I, aka the-worst-cook-ever, can do it! LOL You can change the veggies and cheese for variety. I've heard that chicory and blue cheese are terrific!
