yaay!!! my dad came to pick me up & I asked if he could swing us by the pet store after and he just said no.. and stayed silent for a minute.. so I was like.. hm ok.. and then he was like becaaaaaaause your car is fixed! hehe. Thank you so so much for all your thoughts, it WAS something simple (only cost me 122! yay.. I had that much LOL). I do have some bigger repairs coming in the future, but I'm not worried about them right now. They were existing problems that I've managed to deal with, the car runs and that's all that matters. The mechanic said once I get the other crap fixed (intake valve distributor I think or manifold.. it's all swimming in my head.. the parts are cheap-- but it's 6 hrs of labour *thud* so that's like 450, it can wait) the car will run like new again.

yaay happy dance!!!!!!

YAY!!! Mine is fixed too (knock on wood)...it's been having problems with the struts and it would work a few weeks and then start squeaking and grinding again...they'd replace it...and it would start again...but so far...it's ok! They had to go with Chrysler parts rather than after market....thank goodness I had a garage that was bound and determined to figure out the problem!

Fixed just in time for 3 trips to Ft. Smith Arkansas in 6 weeks!
