but seriously. like............. keel over and die kinda smelly feet. I walked into the living room to find him sitting on the couch, and I couldn't figure out where the smell was coming from (he'd just come home from his dads so I hadn't had time to take in his aroma LOL) he had the blanket over his feet and the cat literally got that.. evil demonic look in his eyes, and went over and started biting his feet.. That's how bad they are. My cat even thinks they're a dead animal.
This has been an ongoing issue, but it's def getting WAY worse. I think it may be his shoes, not letting his feet breathe or something? but I'm not sure. He wears socks, I've even tried powders (just the standard, baby powder, cornstarch etc) in the past but they made no difference..
any ideas? I can't even imagine how bad he'll smell when he's a teenager. *barf*!

I've been dealing with this from Cody for years. And he is at the teenager stage ... ewwww. Um, I bleach his socks when I wash them, I only buy him white sport socks because of that. He showers in the morning, then again when he gets home from school, clean socks after each shower. Febreeze in his shoes at night. NEVER let him wear runners/sneakers without socks! That just makes the smell worse for Cody. I also try to buy him new shoes every couple of months, even if they aren't worn out completely (although he's a skateboarder, so they normally wear out fast).

My daughter is 20 months and her feet are terrible! My husband and I neither one have issues with this.

No help here...when I was a teenager my dad said my feet smelled like Nacho chips and my brother's feet smelled like rotten cheese.

They say you shouldn't wear the same pair of shoes two days in a row. If he has two pairs, I say rotate them, and spray the anti fungal stuff in the ones that are sitting for the day. The doctor told my boys to spray their feet with it, and spray their shoes. I buy the target or walmart brand. I think the name brand is tinactin. I'd have to look to be sure though.

Do you think it could be a fungus?? I say this because I had terrible smelly feet to and it was from a toe nail fungus!!!

Are his toe neails normal? OR are they thick (ish), yellow(ish), brittle, hard to clip but can break and peel easily!?!?!

white socks & rotate shoes. spray them out in between. i'd stay away from manmade materials..i know you are vegan...sorry....but i would go for leather shoes and tennies made of leather.

thanks girlies. the shoes he's been wearing his dad actually bought for him. They're totally not La friendly ^_^ ... there's def no like toenail discolouration or anything (actually his toenails dont' really.. grow. LOL so I don't know if they're hard to cut etc. I literally cut them like 1x a year). I'll have him wear a different pair of shoes today and see if that helps.. and get some spray crap.

I have zero advice. Jacob and Boden have smelly feet if they were their sandals. I don't know why really - they are flip-flop type so there is plenty of breathing room. But, it gets nasty.
