Instrumental Music

We have music on at our house constantly... I love it and so do my kiddos. However, it gets to be a bit much at mealtimes- so we want to put together a playlist for dinner that just has instrumental music and I am having a hard time finding cool ones to add! Can you suggest any good ones? Thanks in advance!

I don't know what kinds of music you are looking for but I LOVE Strunz & Farah for dinner parties (and just generally). Wikipedia describes it as "a guitar duo with an eclectic sound that could be described as a cross between world fusion and flamenco." I love Spanish guitar and this has that flavor. This is my favorite album of theirs:

if looking at a soundtrack that is mostly instrumental... one of my all time fav one is "Good Will Hunting"... *sigh* love that cd... I must go find it now!
