Need creative idea...

I'm a planner...& I'm starting to think about my family's Christmas card!

I like to think of cute, creative things instead of just "Merry Christmas here's a pic of our family"

The one that everyone just LOVED was a picture of my daughter in a Christmas apron, decorating gingerbread cookies with "May your holidays be sprinkled with joy" it was precious...

Has anyone done anything unique for a card? or received a unique card in the mail?

When I was a kid my mom send out a cute card and it had seeds to grow something inside. Of course I was so young I dont remember what the seeds grew or what it said. Maybe you could come up with a cute saying like "hope your joys/happiness grows with the new year...

that's a cute idea...maybe a pic of my daughter planting a plant.


hmm....what else? anyone else have another idea?
