I've heard great things about this forum from my friend Kristin who is here quite often I hear :) So I had to come check it out!

I'm Meghan, SAHM to our boys, Jackson (3.5), and Knox (9 months). I'm a complete amateur when it comes to this digital scrapbooking stuff, but am trying to get better, so all the tips ya'll can give would be greatly appreciated :) I'm married to my best friend, Joe and we live in Nashville, TN.

I love being online and getting to know others out there-I own a forum and am a part of several others...

Can't wait to get to know ya'll better!

Hi Meghan! Small world, I used to work in Nashville (at Riverbend) but I lived in Clarksville. Now I'm near Lexington, KY though...I just know you'll love it here, this is the friendliest community in digiland.

BTW my favorite book to learn digi scrapping is by Renee Pearson...simple scrapbooks (make sure you get THIS book...not #2!)

I haven't ordered from that store before...but just a link so you can see what I am talking about. She also has an e-mail yahoo group and will answer questions! In the past I have seen it at Joanns etc but not sure if they have it any more.

I learned how to digi scrap from that book (includes a CD with a trial PhotoShop Elements (PSE)) ... and Renee takes you step by step creating scrapbook layouts...title pages, dedication pages, and different layouts!

I apologize my blog is such a mess...I don't know how to "index it"...but if you go way back into it...I have a lot of FREE templates you can use in PhotoShop and PSE to download. I love templates!

LOL, I know what you mean! I have been in LOVE since I found this place. I followed Krystal Hartley here when she moved and boy can I say, this is a GREAT PLACE! Can't be here as much as I'd like with my CT responsibilities, but boy am I trying! ROFL!

Anyway, enough rambling! ;) I highly recommend the challenges, they are fabulous! And if you need a good LO to scraplift or even want to browse for inspiration, I recommend the INCREDIBLE Sugar Babes gallery! I love to look at their work! :wub:
