Leapfrog rocks my world right about now. Abby's Leapster2 was in the car when we wrecked. Afterwards, it didn't work and when you shook it, something in there rattled. :blink:

We called them and explained the situation. Even though we were out of the warranty period, they had me ship it to them and promised that they would fix it or ship her a brand new one.

Fed Ex delivered a brand new leapster2, the disney princess edition, to her today.

I :wub: Leapfrog. LOVE.
 
They definitely have awesome customer service. L.J.'s CARS one had a problem with the sound not working unless you plugged in headphones and they told me they could replace it but probably not with a CARS one, just a green one.

About a week after I sent it in we received a brand new CARS edition that they found at a Walmart somewhere. I was super impressed.

I bet Abby was thrilled!
 
WOW... I'm impressed!! My kiddo loves their stuff... it's good to know that they back up their product!
 
She was THRILLED. All I heard last night was that she was a princess now and she was so happy to have her leapster back. She slept with it last night. :D :D :D
