Great Customer Service from Apple

I was having issues with my Ipod, couldn't get it to restore, it froze up and I did all the trouble shooting the site recommended. I went to the Apple store today in Ann Arbor, after about 25 minutes, they gave me a brand new ipod. Mine was still under warrenty, but still, that was amazing. It took no time.

That is very cool!! More companies could take note... this is why Apple has been around for 20 some years...

Yeah, I had a friend who got his iPod replaced like that too... way cool.

I just bought a new apple Iphone and they had great service when I picked it up. I hope when I have problems the service is just as good.
