Picture quality of my hybrid uploads?

Can someone help me with what to set my project size/quality at? My hybrid projects always come across a little blurry in the gallery. But when I look at them on my computer they are very clear? I'm sizing them so they are the 150k max for uploads? Thanks so much in advance for any help.

What DPI are you saving them at?

It's 180 resolution, or 640x480? I'm trying to either resize my image or do "save for web" to get the 150kb. I obviously need to learn more about my PSE. I'm just so disappointed that my projects don't look as nice as they really are? I appreciate your help.

Mine does the same thing too. I use the same picture for all my gallery uploads but somehow the gallery here blurs it up more.
I upload using 72 dpi which is web standard.
I might have to shrink down the width some... dunno.
