I am so sorry I didn't believe you....

LOL... it does get easier and honestly, I think the first level is harder than the other levels because of my ashtma. I can never get through that first cardio set. The other 2 levels I can get through w/o feeling like I can't breathe, although they're tough.
 
One of the reasons I am scared to even try it, even though I've owned it for 3 months now ..... I like to be able to walk and easily get up and down =)

You have to love her as much as you hate her though. She does give you a good workout.

2 Tylenol and 1 800mg Motrin... I'm good to go for a few hours. I don't know how I'm going to do this again tomorrow...but I'm going to try.

Yeah, I got it at Target for around $15. You can also buy it online from Amazon. I also got free weights at Target to go with it. (2lb., 3lb. and 5lb.) I suggest if you are going to do it and haven't been working out to start with the smallest you can find....

the mmore you do it the less sore your muscles will be :) I work out t least 3 days a week or more :)
 
I've owned mine for months. I've sat on the couch and watched it. However I've never actually done it because she scares me, lol.
 
Hang in there Kat, the first 3 workouts are likely to be your worst and then the soreness will subside, stick with it girlie! And can I just say that loving to hate your workout coach is the best of both worlds !!!:thumbup:
 
It will get better, I promise! After the first workout, I woke up the next day and could not walk. I literally crawled around the house, and cried each time I needed to change my daughter's diaper, because it meant bending down, and bending down made me feel like my muscles were ripping apart. It hurt like hell! Needless to say, I skipped day #2. I went back to it on day 3, and it was much easier ... after the first week or so it won't seem nearly as bad! Promise!
 
lol...i have one of the biggest loser dvds and i can so relate...i only did bob's section and heck he kicked my butt big time so i can't imagine what the lovely jillian will do :) come back and tell me how you feel on day 2...i may have to check this dvd out...
 
I've got this one as well - but I haven't tried it yet. I'm on a mission to drop two sizes by christmas so I can buy lots and lots of new clothes in the sales;) So far I'm doing pretty good on the eating part (and I'm on day 3 of no coke - yey!), but not so much on the exercise.. Maybe I should give it a go tonight..
 
Confession: I didn't do the video this morning.... but only because I can barely walk. :blink: Hopefully I can move tomorrow so I can do it again... why oh why do we feel the need to torture ourselves? This is worse than the bootcamp I did at the gym last year!!!

I just finished level one - I can't believe I got that sweaty in such a short amount of time! I can't even imagine what level 2 and 3 are like!

I'm hoping to do it again tomorrow, but I have a feeling I'm going to be pretty sore!

Tell me about it. It's a pretty intense workout. And yeah, you'll be sore... kudos for doing it though!!! :thumbup:
 
Hee hee Kat.....maybe you can do some light yoga type stretches to loosen you up a bit.....??

I did 2 1/4 miles on the treadmill yesterday and doing my yoga today. Love yoga! Makes me sleepy though......:p
