Quality of Upload Question

I am a pretty new scrapper and am working in Adobe Elements. I need some help with uploading. It seems like I have to make my page so small and the quality so low to meet the upload requirements. I am saving the file as a jpeg and am making it a smaller file by using the Resize Image function. All help is appreciated.

Hey there,

When your layout is done and ready to be posted, flatten it then resize it to 500x500 pixels. Then under file, choose the save for web option and save at a quality of 65-75 to get a clear and decent file size version of your page to post.

Dont forget to click un-do and save your layout full size too :)
