I met Libby!!
Our family went to Ft. Smith this weekend for the Robotics competition... and Libby and I had plans to meet at a quiet little coffee shoppe, drink some cappuccino, scrapbook, and yak....however...you know it's never quite that easy!
Our team got to the place to set up our display booth...I went down on the auditorium floor to take pics from there up at the stands we would be sitting in (as all our posters were sitting in seats)....and suddenly I realized we forgot to make a long poster with our team name on it!! Ok might not sound like that big of a deal...but we get "points" on our spirit & sportsmanship and the judges need to KNOW who we are...
...so Libby was such a dear and took me to a scrapbook store and talked to me for HOURS while I cut out letters on the Cricut for our team's poster! We got to talk a lot...which was nice...but not quite the time I had originally planned on!! We did get one pic taken while we were there...but it wasn't until just now when I downloaded it...I realized it was blurry. drats!
Well here we are....and I hope that Libby has time for a "REAL" coffee chat & scrap time when we return in December! (I'll be sure to have our team poster!) Libby is the SWEETEST person!! ...and I love her accent!
Thank you Libby for EVERYTHING!!!
