Does anyone know of a place that prints planners?

I really want to make a weekly planner with a custom cover. I looked at Shutterfly and places like that but they only offer notebooks with plain or lined paper inside... no planners. I found that I don't really use my wall calendar and was hoping to print a planner instead. Does anyone offer this kind of product?

What about printing it yourself & having Staples, or somewhere similar, bind it? Or have them print it too.

I was going to suggest this too... or have you checked Vista Print?

Cuz my printer sucks butt and I don't have much here in the way of copy shops.

Yeah I checked them... I only saw notebooks with plain or lined paper... no planner pages.

I ended up buying a planner with a plastic cover, taking the planner part out, making my own cover, and putting it back together.
