Glider Bikes

Do any of your kids have one of these? If so how old are they and do they like it? I have a gutsy almost-2 year old who is eager to try a bike and a cautious 4.5yo who refuses to give up his tricycle and even try a bike. I'm considering a version of these for one or both of them.

We have the pink glider! I got it for Jessica last year cuz we couldn't find her a bike she could fit on, she's such a peanut!

she wasn't a huge fan, but one of my boys LOVED it and it taught him how to balance and then shortly after he was able to ride a 2 wheeler

We bought my son, who was 3.5 at the time, one when we lived in Germany. All the kids start out on bikes like that. It took him a month or so to get the hang of it, but then he was speedy on it! I would ride my bike with him to kindergarten and he could keep up with me if I was pedaling slow. We just got another for my 3-yr old and he loves it, too. I highly recommend them! They're great for teaching kids balance!

We got one for our daughter a few years ago. Although she wasn't a huge fan of it, our son is/was. I highly recommend these as they teach children how to balance and they go from that bike to a normal bike without support wheels.
