WHY is my computer doing this?

I use Mozilla Firefox....suddenly it goes into that 'circular' motion on a download and goes not responding...quit FF...open FF...try again...and again and again!

Windows Live messenger will never login...not responding!

I have run webroot and malware bytes and was fine...and defrag...

argghhhhhhhhh any ideas?

Google chrome seems to be working fine...but I don't like it as well.

oh wonder if this has anything to do with it...I use WEBROOT...and when I put my cursor over it...it says LOADING...hmmm may have a problem here Houston...
